The project is a beach destination that can be utilized by the cruise lines visiting Abu Dhabi. The facilities provided reflect the high standards of service offered to customers by cruise lines. The overall land area is approximately 180,000 m2 utilized to meet land use requirements. The project consists of the following buildings: welcome center (240 pax), buffet facilities, dining facilities (800 pax), 4 bars, and changing rooms.
