Landscape Architecture
Golf Comunity 6-7 (King abdulla Economic city) ,KSA
This project was initiated by EMAAR, with a vision to create a vibrant new residential community in KAEC in response to market conditions. KAEC is a city of neighborhoods, planned and implemented in districts with unique identities that contribute to a holistic city vision. Neighborhoods are planned and built around shared amenities – with local schools, parks, retail space, and public facilities serving as anchors of walkable, transit-connected communities.
Each district offers a variety of living and working spaces that serve a diversity of residents and tenants of KAEC. Each district will, in its own way, respond to the site’s native desert topography and landscape. The purpose of this landscape masterplan is to provide a design framework for the site that establishes Al-Murooj as a sought-after living environment whilst achieving a maximum yiel
The linear path acts as an artery which connects the neighborhoods surrounding it. The aim of this design is to provide a high level of connectivity and access to the park, as well as to offer park users a pleasant experience along the route.
The linear path is not
simply an origin to destination link between the residential communities and the golf course, as the path's design seeks to create a special, memorable journey between places.
